WHAT TO EXPECT:

I practice Kiiko Matsumoto Style Japanese acupuncture. I strive for treatments to be collaborative, painless, and immediately effective. I test points before I needle them and treat both sides of the body every time. Treatments last approx. 60min.

Touch is a powerful medicine. Sometimes we need a good stretch or just the right massage to work out whatever knot, ache or pain. I use a combination of hands-on massage techniques along with traditional fire cupping to ensure immediate results.

Mind, body and spirit are not separate, and healing requires an awareness of all three. When problems persist and involve mental/emotional factors they must be addressed from the inside as well. We offer meditation and breathwork instruction in order to aid patients in taking care and control of their own well-being.
